Built for Busy Parents

We know you have questions before handing off your kid to a stranger with a hot glue gun. Here is what you need to know.

Small Classes Only

Every workshop is capped at 8 to 12 kids so each child gets real attention from the instructor, not a crowd experience.

Screened Instructors

Every Parkerly instructor passes a background check and a teaching review before their first class goes live on the site.

Allergies and Accommodations

Share your child's needs during checkout. Instructors are notified before class and baking workshops list every ingredient used.

Waivers Handled Online

You sign the participation waiver during booking. No paper forms at the door, no last-minute scrambling on class day.

Drop-off and Pickup

Drop off 10 minutes before start time. Pickup is at the listed end time. Late pickup guidelines are in the confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund up to 48 hours before class. Credit toward a future workshop for cancellations inside 48 hours. No-shows are non-refundable.

Questions and Policies

Everything you need to know before the first workshop.

What age groups do you serve?
Most workshops are designed for kids ages 5 to 14. Each class listing shows the specific age range the instructor has planned for. If your child is just outside the range, reach out and we will check with the instructor.
Do parents stay during the workshop?
Most workshops are drop-off. Parents of children under 6 may be asked to stay nearby. Each listing notes whether a parent or guardian needs to be present.
What if my child has a food allergy?
During checkout you can add allergy and accommodation notes. Baking instructors receive a full ingredient list review requirement before class. If a class cannot safely accommodate your child, we will offer a full refund.
How do I know the instructor is safe?
Every instructor passes a background check and a reference review before being approved. Instructor profiles show their background, experience, and any credentials relevant to their craft.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancel at least 48 hours before the class start for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a credit valid for 90 days toward any future Parkerly workshop. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Can I buy a workshop as a gift?
Yes. Gift bookings and gift credit options are available at checkout. The recipient can apply the credit to any open class at the time of booking.
